Stargazing with a Charcuterie and Cheese Board

The same night outing under the Lençóis sky, in a more elaborate version: a charcuterie and cheese board and juice served high on the dunes, with the group settled in to watch the stars at leisure. The bioluminescence of the plankton depends on the moon phase and shows best at new moon, so it is not guaranteed.
